Taking care of your body externally involves taking care of your skin. The skin is the main identifier for aging. Some of the signs of aging that can be seen on the skin include wrinkles, sagging and drying up. You can also have skin discoloration especially around the eyes.

You need to protect your skin from harmful elements in the environment. These include harmful sun rays and chemicals found in water. Also, keep you skin clean and free from waste buildup which cause skin disorders.
